The Moduline range of cook & hold equipment is characterised by cooking at low temperatures with low energy consumption, guaranteeing maximum efficiency and absolute quality of the food presented.

The CHC series includes a 4.3″ touch screen LCD electronic control panel with the ability to manage up to 9 cooking stages for each program.
